Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Ambassador Role

As an isolexIO Ambassador, your primary role is to identify and refer potential business customers to isolexIO's managed networking services. You serve as a referral partner and local on-site representative. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of isolexIO.

2. Lead Provision

You agree to provide qualified leads to isolexIO. A qualified lead includes accurate contact information (business name, contact name, email, and phone number) and a genuine interest in managed networking services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all lead information you submit.

3. Onsite Tasks

You agree to perform any on-site tasks that do not require a specialized technician, including but not limited to:

• Basic cable installation and termination (running network drops, connecting cables to designated ports)
• Unboxing and physical placement of networking equipment at the customer site
• Plugging in and connecting cables to designated ports following provided wiring instructions
• Basic device setup following provided step-by-step instructions
• Site survey assistance (measuring cable runs, identifying outlet and access point locations, documenting existing equipment)

Tasks requiring a specialized technician — including advanced network configuration, firewall setup, VoIP deployment, VLAN/segmentation, and POS integration — will be handled by isolexIO's technical team. If you are unsure whether a task requires a specialized technician, contact isolexIO support before proceeding.

4. Commission Structure

Your commission percentage is set by the isolexIO administration (superadmin) and may be adjusted at any time at its sole discretion. You will be notified of any changes to your commission rate. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the total deal value (monthly recurring revenue + one-time installation fees) for deals that reach a "Won" status. Commission is earned only on deals that are successfully closed and installed.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect transfers to your connected Stripe account. You must connect and maintain a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Payments are processed within 7 business days of deal completion and Stripe account verification. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your commission earnings. isolexIO does not provide tax advice — consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.

6. Code of Conduct

• You must represent isolexIO and its services honestly and accurately.
• You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about isolexIO services, pricing, or capabilities.
• You may not engage in unauthorized discounting, price negotiation, or contract modification.
• You must respect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• You must not disparage isolexIO or its services publicly or to customers.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while performing on-site tasks.

7. Liability & Insurance

You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own actions, equipment, and safety during on-site visits. isolexIO is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during on-site tasks performed by you. You must carry adequate insurance (including general liability and workers' compensation if applicable) as required by your local regulations. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own insurance coverage.

8. Termination

isolexIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your ambassador account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, poor performance, or misconduct. Upon termination, any earned but unpaid commissions for completed deals will still be paid. You may resign from the ambassador program at any time by contacting isolexIO support.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by isolexIO. Continued participation in the ambassador program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

10. Acceptance

By submitting your ambassador application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including your commitment to provide qualified leads and perform on-site tasks that do not require a specialized technician, for the commission percentage set by isolexIO administration.
